Key role focus
  • Design, build and maintain Workday reports (standard, advanced, matrix and composite) and dashboards to support HR, Payroll, Finance and business stakeholders across US and UK populations (Canada and Australia desirable).

  • Monitor data quality, perform regular audits and work with HR and Payroll teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data integrity.

  • Support key cyclical HR processes (e.g. headcount reporting, turnover, absence, compensation cycles) with accurate and timely analytics and insights.

  • Partner with stakeholders to build selfservice reporting capabilities, including training materials and guidance for HR and manager users.

  • Provide adhoc analysis and insight on workforce trends, HR metrics and payroll/time data as requested by senior leaders.

  • Support Workday upgrades, new functionality releases and reporting impacts, including testing and documentation.

  • Contribute to broader HRIS continuous improvement initiatives, sharing reporting best practice and standardising reporting across regions.

Candidate profile
  • Strong handson experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst or Reporting Specialist, with a clear focus on Workday reporting and analytics

  • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards, including advanced and composite reports

  • Strong understanding of HR data structures (e.g. HCM, payroll, time, absence) and how they intersect within Workday.

  • High level of proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret trends, identify issues and provide clear, actionable insight

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and reporting concepts in accessible terms

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance

  • Experience working in a multisite or multicountry organisation, ideally within healthcare, logistics or related industries.

  • Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for supplementary analysis and data visualisation.

  • HR, data or systemsrelated qualification (e.g. CIPD, HR analytics certification, or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.

  • Hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, with a blend of onsite and remote work.

  • Occasional travel to other Daniels Health locations may be required for project and stakeholder engagement.
