Job description

SUMMARY: Experienced Senior Automotive Sales Representative to drive strategic growth within OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 automotive organizations

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 automotive customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B AUTOMOTIVE sales experience with OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2 automotive environments. 
  • Proven success developing and growing enterprise-level customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing, supply chain, and operational processes.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, including RFQs and program-based selling.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

 

Important Note: This role requires business-to-business (B2B) sales experience within OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 automotive environments. Candidates with primarily retail or dealership sales experience will not be considered.
