Sales Account Manager

Custom Concrete is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This full-time salaried position is responsible for managing existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, preparing project estimates, and coordinating construction projects from initial sale through production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a working knowledge of residential construction, concrete foundations, and blueprint interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Prospect for and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Prepare project estimates and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Coordinate project expectations and timelines with homeowners, builders, and internal teams.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, architectural drawings, and construction specifications.
  • Evaluate project requirements related to foundations, excavation, waterproofing, and site conditions.
  • Partner with operations, field supervisors, and scheduling teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to production.
  • Conduct site visits and customer meetings as needed.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
