           We are seeking a qualified senior outbound sales representative and business development to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for complete end-to-end client sales and account management. A successful Sales representative at Binsera not only hunts for a new business but also builds relationships and brings in additional revenue through established clients. Our goal is to cultivate successful long-term relationships by matching the right people with the right organizations.

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers from first contact until you close the deal. You will ensure proper after-sales service. Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience within a mid to large-size digital marketing agency/SEO/Web development company
  • Sales/Account Management experience; breaking into new accounts via cold call outreach

  • Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as calling, face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
  • Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities.
  • Cultivate successful long-term relationships with organizations further to establish Ourselves as a trusted service provider and advisor.
  • Identifies and qualifies legitimate sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to developing relationships. Builds a sales pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts and further penetrate existing accounts.
  • Manages customer relationships and is responsible for an entire customer across geographies and capabilities. Serves as the single point of contact for senior customer executives, with a focus on corporate and business unit executives.
  • Present company service offerings to prospective clients, client consultation, and development of proposals. Initiates personal growth by understanding market trends and emerging technologies
  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how We can meet their needs. Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients. Develops and implements sales plans and activities. Learns about Our service offerings, keeping up to date with the new Service Portfolio and trends.
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Previous experience in selling Contract Staffing and Consulting Services and Information Technology solutions is highly desired.
  • Action-oriented, results-oriented, 'take charge attitude, capable of developing a solid business case for client action and the skills to bring those to close. Proven experience in scaling not only their company's current presence in the marketplace but their ability to work together with other senior executives to ensure their offerings receive maximum exposure across several of their company's clients
