Location: Remote (New York / San Francisco)
Time Zone: US Time Zones (ESTโ€“PST)


Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Senior Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment. In this role, you will drive pipeline growth through a combination of strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification across B2B and B2C markets. If you thrive in a target-driven, activity-focused setting and have hands-on experience in sales development, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social channels to generate a qualified pipeline.
Respond to and qualify inbound leads sourced from marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs, identify fit, and advance opportunities through the funnel.
Generate, schedule, and hand off qualified meetings and product demos to the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and outcomes within the CRM.
Follow and champion established sales processes, cadences, and messaging frameworks consistently.
Mentor and support junior BDR team members, sharing best practices and proven outreach strategies.
Consistently meet and exceed activity targets and opportunity creation benchmarks.


Required Qualifications
Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, sales development, or lead generation is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of outbound and inbound activity efficiently and consistently.
Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered.
Proven comfort with outbound cold calling and written prospecting across multiple channels.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a results-driven, client-first mindset.
Availability to cover US time zones, Mondayโ€“Friday (ESTโ€“PST).


Nice to Have
Experience with inbound lead qualification or appointment setting workflows.
Familiarity with sales engagement and sequencing tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar).
Exposure to multi-channel outreach strategies and A/B testing of messaging.
Experience in a senior, lead, or mentorship capacity within a BDR or SDR team.
