The core mission of the Business Development Representative:

The BDR plays a vital role in building the sales pipeline to ensure the success and growth of our B2B solutions. As a Sr BDR at HTB, your primary focus will involve conducting extensive market research to discover new potential business clients and initiating contact with them. The remaining time will be dedicated to qualifying leads through calls and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective BDR campaigns encompassing messages, calls, and emails.

This role is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime. The expected schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Additional hours must be approved in advance. HTB follows all federal and state overtime regulations.

The fellowship you'll be joining:

You'll be part of a diverse revenue team, consisting of BDRs, AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing professionals.ย  As a Business Development Representative at HTB, you'll report to our BDR Head (US-based), who will guide your growth in the role, while working closely with AEs in your region.ย
