Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5 PM


Precision Imaging Centers is a leading provider of outpatient medical imaging, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding physician service. With state-of-the-art technology, highly skilled teams, and a patient-first approach, we are the trusted partner for healthcare providers and patients alike.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Business Development Representative to support growth initiatives across the Jacksonville market. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career or developing sales professional looking to build strong relationships within the healthcare community and contribute to a high-performing growth team.


Position Overview


The Associate Business Development Representative is responsible for supporting referral growth by engaging local healthcare providers, physician offices, and medical groups. This role will focus on building relationships, increasing brand awareness, and driving utilization of Precision Imaging Centers’ services within the community.

This position reports to the Director of Growth and works closely with Business Development Managers/Territory Managers to execute strategic initiatives, expand market presence, and ensure a high level of service to referring providers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local referring providers, including physician offices, specialty practices, and healthcare administrators
  • Support Territory Managers in executing weekly call plans and market strategies
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to provider offices to promote imaging services and strengthen partnerships in new areas
  • Build a strong understanding of outpatient imaging services, referral patterns, and local market dynamics
  • Assist in identifying new referral opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Collaborate with center operations teams to ensure a seamless provider and patient experience
  • Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate activity in CRM systems
  • Support marketing initiatives, including distribution of collateral and coordination of local events
  • Provide feedback from the field to help inform growth strategies and service improvements
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field)

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, physician relations, or medical office environments is a plus
  • New grads welcome to apply
