Become a Key Player as a Business Development Representative Associate

You will support the sales organization by generating and maintaining high-quality prospect and account data to enable outreach and pipeline growth. You’ll work closely with BDR/SDR and marketing teams to identify target contacts and build prospect lists. This is a Hybrid role (1-2 days onsite) based in New York.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data within the CRM and ensure data integrity across platforms
  • Conduct research on target accounts and identify key decision-makers and company information to support targeting
  • Maintain and update CRM records, utilize reports and dashboards to monitor performance
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach
  • Use LinkedIn and other tools to prospect and build targeted contact lists
  • Provide administrative and sales/marketing intelligence support to the sales team
  • Assist with initial outreach via email or phone as needed
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Top-tier skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data entry and dashboards (required/borderline required)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo is highly desirable
