The Grove Estate is a boutique-style, luxury residential treatment center specializing in addiction and co-occurring mental health care. Our serene 25-acre setting offers discreet, individualized programs that combine evidence-based clinical therapies with holistic wellness-private accommodations, supportive outdoor spaces, chef-prepared nutrition, fitness and meditation, and tailored care plans designed for sustained recovery. We serve individuals and families across Indiana and deliver an elevated treatment experience rooted in dignity, excellence, and results.

The Role

We are seeking a sales-driven Business Development Representative who will be instrumental in expanding our referral network, driving meaningful growth, and positioning The Grove Estate as a leading choice for high-value treatment placements. You'll work directly with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic business initiatives that generate consistent referral volume and strengthen long-term partnerships with professionals and referral sources.

What You'll Do

  • Lead business plan development efforts with the CEO and senior leadership, providing strategic insights and growth recommendations.
  • Manage and assess business development personnel to ensure high performance and alignment with targets.
  • Identify, prioritize, and qualify referral sources; use insights and feedback to refine outreach strategy.
  • Establish measurable metrics and KPIs; create regular reports and analyze business development performance.
  • Monitor market activity and competitive landscape to inform outreach strategy and service positioning.
  • Collaborate with Assessment & Referral and other teams to plan community workshops and educational seminars.
  • Ensure marketing materials are professional, consistent, and effectively communicate The Grove Estate's differentiators.
  • Build and maintain strong community relationships, protect and enhance our reputation, and oversee CRM tracking and reporting.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent experience in business development or sales (healthcare experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to sell consultatively and build trusted relationships with referral partners.
  • Experience with CRM systems and generating actionable sales reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented and growth-focused environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license, clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and proof of insurance for use of personal vehicle required.
