Senior Business Development Representative โ€“ Sales Development โ€“ Salt Lake City, United States

We are looking for a foundational member of the BDR team to prospect into target accounts and build outbound strategies to bring them onto Retool.

Responsibilities
  • Drive awareness for Retool by identifying and prospecting accounts ranging from ventureโ€‘backed highโ€‘growth technology companies to Fortune 500s.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Retool product and value proposition.
  • Mentor and coach junior BDRs, sharing best practices and helping elevate overall team performance.
  • Send personalized and creative outbound campaigns to prospects and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Take an iterative process to build, test, and measure different outbound strategies.
  • Conduct discovery to understand prospectsโ€™ business challenges and articulate how Retool provides value based on role, industry, and technical aptitude.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly metrics.
  • Maintain diligent Salesforce hygiene so the team can analyze and report on pipeline health.

Compensation & Benefits

For U.S. candidates, the base pay range for this role is $55,000โ€“$85,000 per year. Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission. Retool offers a comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
