Senior Salesforce Developer 
Location: Reston, VA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
 
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce platform development to lead and deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem solver, capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement efficient, end-to-end business processes.
Drive bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables and quick turnaround on enhancements and fixes.
Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural decisions.
Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic IT goals.
 
Required Skills:
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with bi-weekly sprint cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
