Job description

Job Title: Sales Support Representative

Company: Sock Club

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: In-office Tuesdayโ€“Thursday)

About the Role

Do you love solving puzzles, keeping fast-moving projects on track, and being the ultimate teammate? At Sock Club, we design and manufacture custom socks for incredible clients like Google, Whataburger, and Titoโ€™s. As our Sales Support Representative, you'll be the engine that keeps our sales pipeline running smoothly and helps deliver an exceptional client experience.ย

This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of a dynamic, creative company from the ground up.

Why This Role Matters

Our Account Managers focus on relationships and growth - you're the person who makes sure everything behind the scenes is running flawlessly. You'll own the operational side of the sales process, working closely with AMs, Designers, and our Operations team to move deals forward.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain sales opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring records, contacts, and notes are accurate and up to date
  • Support the order and design process by creating design requests, coordinating revisions, and communicating status updates across teams
  • Build quotes, create order carts, and process purchase orders to help move deals from sale to production
  • Partner with Operations to coordinate production timelines, change orders, product inquiries, and other order-related requests
  • Manage sample requests and tracking communications to support a seamless client experience
  • Act as the operational backbone for Account Managers, proactively identifying issues and keeping deals moving forward

What You Bring

We care more about your drive, communication skills, and attention to detail than a long list of credentials. To be successful, you need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or team support role (retail, hospitality, and office support all count)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail and a genuine enjoyment of organization and keeping multiple moving pieces on track
  • Comfortable working in CRM platforms such as HubSpot with the ability to learn new software and processes as the business evolvesย
  • A bachelor's degree
Benefits
  • Open PTO policy
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits package
  • 401K Match
  • Casual and upbeat office environment
  • Hybrid work week: In office Tuesday-Thursday. Cannot be fully remote.

Base Salary: $45,000 - $52,000ย
On Target Earnings (OTE): $48,600 - $55,600 (base salary + commission)ย

Unsure about your qualifications?

You should apply anyway!

LinkedIn examined their users' job search behavior and found that women are less likely to apply for a job that they aren't fully qualified for, while men will apply if they meet only some of the desired qualities.

Whether you fit into these two categories, or somewhere else on the spectrum, take a chance on that application. You may just be the perfect fit!
