Summary/Objective

The Sales Support Representative is focused on industrial ingredients and seasonings. This Sales Support Representative is a critical component of our sales operations, providing comprehensive support to ensure seamless execution of the sales process. The Sales Support Representative is integral to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments, including Research and Development, Logistics, Accounting, and Operations. The Sales Support Representative will be a proactive, self-motivated team player with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions: Serve as a key point of contact for the sales team, providing administrative and operational support throughout the sales process. Collaborate with Research and Development, Logistics, Accounting, and Operations to ensure timely order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination. Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and pricing documentation to support data-driven decision-making. Assist in the development of proposals, quotes, and product presentations while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor order progress, track shipments, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external clients to streamline workflows and support business growth initiatives.     Physical Requirements:
