Hudson Valley Sales Group is a leading manufacturers’ representative agency serving the outdoor, sporting goods, and specialty retail markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We partner with premium brands and work closely with retailers to deliver exceptional service, product expertise, and long-term relationships.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on staying organized, and takes pride in helping a sales team succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and agency leadership.
  • Coordinate retailer communication and assist with follow-up on customer requests.
  • Process and track orders, spreadsheets, reports, and other sales documentation.
  • Help prepare for seasonal markets, sales meetings, and retailer presentations.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information.
  • Coordinate sample requests and assist with inventory management.
  • Work closely with our brand partners to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and travel coordination.
  • Support special projects and help improve internal processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
