Sales Support Coordinator - Order Processing & Customer Support
Salary: 50k-62k
Aftermarket Operations has an opening for a Sales Support Coordinator to support quoting, sales order processing, shipment coordination, and customer documentation activities. This role works closely with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate order entry, timely fulfillment, and responsive customer communication in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
The Sales Support Coordinator supports daily order management and fulfillment activities, including:
  • Processing material quotes, no-quotes, and sales orders in SAP with same-day turnaround expectations.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve order, inventory, shipment, and fulfillment issues.
  • Tracking shipments and providing customers with airway bill and delivery information.
  • Communicating proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, and receipt issues.
  • Expediting urgent orders and ensuring follow-through to completion.
  • Preparing and distributing customer documentation packages and technical data records.
  • Monitoring open orders and inventory availability to support rapid shipment of available material.
  • Maintaining accurate transactional records and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, supply chain, delivery assurance, or related operational support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work accurately.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
