Description:

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales department. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for outbound call campaigns, communicating concerns and answers internally and externally, analyzing data and collaborating. To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication and sales skills, perseverance and creativity. Ultimately, you will help T-CETRA interact with its dealers and ensure they have what they need to be successful.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for master agent and retailer clients, providing guidance on product details, promotions, account setup, and general support.
  • Compile, analyze, and deliver recurring performance and sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage training schedule and deployment process for customer onboarding
  • Aptitude to design & assist on PowerPoint presentations for vendor meetings, sales team meetings, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Ops, Marketing, IT) to resolve escalations and share updates.
  • Adhere to company policy and processes
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace, ever changing growth environment with a high degree of multi-tasking capability
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer services practices
  • Hands on experience with ERP & CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
