Wellington Management serves an extremely diverse mix of institutional investors located in over 60 countries. • Support the completion of quantitative aspects of RFPs and RFIs by retrieving, validating, and organizing data from a variety of internal sources using Excel and other firm tools.

  • Building deep cross-functional relationships across the firm, gaining exposure to investment products, client servicing, sales, and content strategy. Build strong foundation for career growth, given the breadth of partnerships and visibility gained through supporting global client and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of relevant investment industry experience is preferred

  • Strong writing and communication skills with high attention to detail

  • Strong quantitative and technical skills, with the ability to leverage Excel, Python, and other analytical tools to support deliverables and efficiency gains

  • A positive, collegial attitude and a high level of professionalism are essential

  • Experience with content management third party software such as Loopio, Responsive, Rocket Docs, etc. is a plus

Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? That's ok. If you believe that you could excel in this role, we encourage you to apply and welcome a chance to review your background.
