What are remote employee benefits?

Remote employee benefits are perks and compensation offered to employees who work outside of a traditional office setting. These benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, stipends for home office equipment, wellness programs, and flexible work hours. Some companies also offer internet reimbursements, mental health support, and virtual team-building activities to support remote employees.
