Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of up to 10 remote insurance sales representatives. Set clear goals, motivate your team, and cultivate a positive, results-driven culture.


  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives. Focus on improving close ratios, increasing bundling numbers, and leveraging lead sources for maximum impact.


  • Lead Management & Vendors: Oversee lead flow and partnerships with lead vendors to ensure a steady pipeline of quality opportunities. Optimize lead distribution to maximize conversion.


  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics including individual and team sales performance, call quality, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.


  • Call Coaching & Quality Assurance: Regularly review sales calls, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching strategies to elevate communication skills and sales effectiveness.


  • Training & Development: Deliver ongoing training, support, and mentorship to your team. Foster professional growth and create a pathway to success for each sales representative.


  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive long-term customer loyalty and boost retention.


  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive positioning to ensure our product offerings remain compelling and relevant.

Requirements
  • Experience: MUST HAVE direct experience working with Allstate and previous management experience


  • Licensing: Current insurance license is required.


  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to lead by example and elevate performance.


  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.


  • Remote Readiness: Proven success in a fully remote work environment; must be self-motivated and well-organized.


  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related technologies.
