Position Summary


The Supervisor of Operations is responsible for leading overnight operations within a fast-paced, high-volume service delivery environment. Reporting to the Senior Director of the Service PMO, this individual serves as the primary operational leader during overnight execution, ensuring multiple concurrent workstreams remain on schedule, meet quality standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires a proactive leader who can make critical decisions in real time, manage operational escalations, optimize resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams, field technicians, and service partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills, and maintains operational excellence while supporting enterprise technology deployment and infrastructure initiatives

This is an overnight position. Hours are 5 PM to 1:00 AM CST.

The Supervisor of Operations leads overnight operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Supervisor is responsible for real-time oversight, decision-making, and coordination of concurrent operational activities, ensuring teams remain aligned to schedule, quality standards, and customer expectations. The Operations Supervisor serves as the primary escalation and command point during overnight execution, enabling rapid issue resolution, effective resource allocation, and consistent delivery outcomes. As assigned, manages and optimizes resources by monitoring performance and providing feedback.
