Job description

We are looking for an amazing Analyst, Revenue to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. "The Analyst, Revenue plays a critical role in supporting the organization's commercial strategy by securing, analyzing, and interpreting the data that drives revenue decisionmaking. This role is responsible for maintaining the analytical foundation of the Revenue Performance function, including Destination Fill Plans, market and destination performance insights, offer and promotional analysis, and other key revenue levers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support revenue performance monitoring.

  • Analyze booking trends, pacing, and demand patterns to inform pricing and promotional strategies.

  • Support the development and maintenance of Destination Fill Plans, including weekly performance tracking.

  • Conduct market, destination, and offer analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, boosts, and limitedtime offers           

  • Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, and Commercial teams to provide datadriven insights and recommendations.                                                                       

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytical outputs.

  • Monitor fill plan performance and recommend adjustments to pricing, promotions, or inventory availability.

  • Performs other duties as assigned     

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field

  • (Equivalent work experience may be considered.)

  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics, revenue management, commercial strategy, finance, or a similar quantitative role

  • Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools used for data extraction and transformation

  • (Basic competency is acceptable; willingness to learn is essential.)

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, dynamic environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions

  • Curiosity/experience with AI tools

  • Experience working with large data sets and performing quantitative analysis in a business, finance, revenue management, or commercial analytics environment

  • Handson experience building and maintaining dashboards or reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze trends, pacing, and performance metrics to support pricing, forecasting, or revenue optimization decisions

  • Experience conducting market, product, or promotional performance analysis and translating findings into actionable insights

  • Familiarity with data extraction and manipulation using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools

  • Prior experience supporting crossfunctional teams with datadriven recommendations

  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment with recurring reporting cycles and shifting priorities

  • Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, validate inputs, and maintain high standards of data integrity

  • This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company's schedule of four days in the office per week (Monday - Thursday)
