This is a full-time, remote, entry-level opportunity as a Revenue Analyst for short-term rentals. In this role, you will monitor and analyze financial and market data, support pricing and revenue optimization strategies, and ensure accurate reporting and revenue recognition.
You will work closely with our revenue management team to assess market conditions, recommend pricing adjustments, communicate performance insights, and contribute to overall revenue strategy execution.

• Supporting dynamic pricing strategies and revenue forecasting
• Analyzing property performance and identifying opportunities for growth
• Creating reports and communicating insights to internal teams and clients
• Assisting with revenue recognition and financial tracking
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and financial performance
• Excellent communication skills for reporting insights and collaborating with clients and teammates
• Basic finance and accounting knowledge related to revenue management and reporting
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles (or willingness to learn)
