Product Manager, Digital Ticketing Experience

Regal Cinemas, Inc

Knoxville, TN • On-site, Remote

Full-time

Posted 20 days ago

Job description

What is the job?

Regal Cinemas is looking for a Product Manager to lead the full digital ticket‑purchasing journey across our web, iOS, Android, Kiosk, and POS platforms. In this role, you’ll make it faster and easier for millions of moviegoers to choose their film, complete checkout, and get into the theater with confidence and excitement. You’ll improve everything from ticket selection through admission and work closely with partners across the food & beverage ordering experience integrated into ticketing.

At Regal, ticketing is the gateway to the magic. Your work will directly influence how guests plan their night out, buy their tickets, and walk into the auditorium — delivering a smoother, more intuitive path while driving real business impact. If you love creating digital experiences that delight customers and support a brand built on entertainment, this is your moment to shine.

What will you be doing?
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Regal’s digital ticketing experience across platforms, balancing customer needs, operational constraints, and business goals.
  • Improve the end-to-end purchase journey, from discovery and seat selection through payment, ticket delivery, and in-theater admission, reducing friction and increasing conversion.
  • Partner with design and research to deeply understand customer behavior, validate solutions, and iterate quickly through prototyping and usability testing.
  • Drive a strong experimentation culture: define hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure impact, and scale winning changes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Theater teams, and key stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
  • Ensure smooth integration points between ticketing and supporting systems (e.g., POS and admission workflows), and help optimize the connected customer experience.
About YouRequired
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with a focus in B2C, owning customer-facing checkout or transactional flows (ticketing, commerce, reservations, etc.) across web and/or mobile apps.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve funnel performance and customer satisfaction using data, experimentation, and customer insight.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment-driven product development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working closely with Product Design and Design Research to ship high-quality, customer-centered experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with leadership and execution teams.
Preferred
  • Experience with events, hospitality, retail, or omnichannel pickup/fulfillment experiences.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and how online ordering experiences integrate into in-venue operations (e.g., admission, scanning, validation, fulfillment).
