Job Summary
Autoagent Data Solutions is seeking a Client Services Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers by assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience with our platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities
· Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and support for Autoagent’s platform
· Educate clients on best practices and features to maximize their use of the system
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
· Identify and escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
· Gather customer feedback to help drive product and service improvements
· Support training initiatives and documentation efforts to enhance client understanding

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
· 5-10 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related role
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
· Experience in SaaS or technology-driven customer support is a plus
