Job Overview:

  • Ensure reliable, repeatable, and secure cloud environments using automation and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Act as a hands-on practitioner who supports day-to-day cloud operations while continuously improving platform reliability.
Primary Platform Focus:
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the primary supported cloud platform.
  • Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline execution, troubleshooting, and reliability.
  • Terraform for provisioning, updating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and support CI/CD pipelines implemented with Jenkins, including job reliability, failure analysis, and environment issues.
  • Support Terraform-based infrastructure deployments on AWS, including routine changes, remediation, and drift resolution.
  • Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues related to compute, networking, identity, and platform services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to implement standardized, repeatable cloud patterns.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and operational runbook improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for supported services, pipelines, and infrastructure components.
Multi Cloud Growth Expectations:
