This position is 100% remote, allowing for a flexible work environment conducive to both productivity and work-life balance. As a part of a community health clinic, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and wellness coaches. You will also have administrative support to ensure that you can focus on what matters most: your clients and their mental health journeys.

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in their Master’s program, helping them develop the skills necessary for effective therapy.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create a comprehensive care network for clients.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of individualized treatment plans, assuring alignment with best practices and client goals.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and facilitating a seamless continuum of care.
• Engage with ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research and advancements in therapeutic techniques.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid State License to practice therapy (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Professional liability insurance.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, demonstrating strong therapy skills.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, particularly in mentoring practicum students.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and current trends in mental health care.
• Competence in collaborative care approaches, working with interdisciplinary teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience.
