Role Summary
The Bilingual Training Specialist, Portuguese delivers structured customer training to drive successful onboarding and foundational adoption of Keeper's cybersecurity platforms. This role focuses on delivering standard training programs, building product proficiency, and enabling customers to securely manage passwords, secrets, and privileged access using established materials and best practices.
The Bilingual Training Specialist, Portuguese ensures customers understand core functionality, adopt security best practices, and confidently begin using Keeper's solutions.
This role will require PT (Pacific Time) Hours (Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm)
Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured customer training sessions using established materials and guidance to support the adoption of Keeper products
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and (where applicable) webinars while encouraging participant engagement and interaction
  • Use and maintain existing training materials and learning resources, contributing minor updates or improvements when identified
  • Incorporate approved interactive elements into training sessions to support engagement and learning retention
  • Engage with customers to understand training needs and gather feedback through undefined processes
  • Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning outcomes and address common questions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions and customer interactions to support continuity
  • Follow established training standards, workflows, and documentation practices
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Support basic LMS user needs, including login questions, course access, and directing users to appropriate training resources
  • Assist with updating training modules and materials in accordance with established approval and review processes

Required Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment
  • Bilingual with English and Portuguese fluency (both verbal and written)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels
  • Ability and willingness to consistently maintain working hours
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with Google Docs and MS-office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones

We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.

  • You're hired (transfers to employee records)
