Description
As a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide dedicated on-site support for high-volume recruitment. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, contacting candidates, conducting prescreens, and onboarding, and maintaining candidate records.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and organizational skills. Must be flexible and willing to work mandatory overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable communicating with candidates by phone, email, and in person
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office

  • Review applications and identify qualified candidates
  • Contact candidates regarding job opportunities and next steps
  • Conduct candidate prescreens
  • Schedule interviews and onboarding appointments
  • Assist with new-hire paperwork and processing
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Provide professional and responsive customer service to candidates
  • Support the recruiting team with daily administrative and staffing needs

Associate Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 20 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old
