Harold Psychiatric Center is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. Work Environment

This is a remote role where you will engage with colleagues and clients from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students working towards their clinical licensure or completing their Master’s program, ensuring they receive constructive feedback and guidance.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services, conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients, actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation as required by state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Engage with ongoing training and professional development initiatives by staying informed about the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Harold Psychiatric Center, you will work primarily with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. The role requires an understanding of different mental health conditions, as clients may present with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Your role will significantly impact their healing journey, offering support and guidance tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• A valid state license to practice as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance that meets organizational standards.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience

Experience in supervising practicum students and delivering individual, couples, and family therapy in a community health or outpatient setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online documentation systems will also be beneficial, as we leverage technology to enhance client interactions and streamline administrative workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
