Tax Supervisor (Fully Remote – U.S.)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000+ plus Bonus

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)

The firm works with business owners, partnerships, and high-value clients nationwide. The team operates on a value-based model with a strong focus on planning, advisory, and long-term client relationships.

Own client relationships

What You'll Be Doing
Review and guide complex business + individual tax returns
Manage ~25–30 advisory engagements + additional tax-only clients
Lead client meetings, tax planning, and strategic conversations
Mentor and develop junior staff and team members
Oversee tax projections, planning, and advisory work
Support business development and onboarding
Help drive workflow efficiency and team performance

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Accounting or related field)
Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA)
3–5+ years of complex public accounting tax experience
Strong background in business + individual tax
Experience reviewing returns with signature authority (or equivalent)
Business consulting/advisory experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead engagements and manage relationships
Comfortable in a fully remote, high-performance environment
