This is a full-time position for a Supervisor, Paid Search at BarkleyOKRP. In this role, you will develop strategies and manage the performance of various paid search accounts, to drive client performance and growth. Responsibilities:
  • Paid Search Management in Google & Bing Platforms as well as through our proprietary tool: Deep Search.
  • Performance Management: The Account Supervisor independently owns managing to budgets and campaign targets to achieve or exceed client goals across all of their accounts. Exhibit full mastery of performance management, with ability to execute across different verticals and different goal types. Proactively creates target management solutions and tracking solutions to improve performance across all clients.
  • Campaign Structure: Stewardship over campaign structure, proactively auditing, implementing, and evangelizing best practices. Across all accounts, ensures campaigns are set up properly to appropriately spend and perform, including targeting, ads, and scheduling. Proactively recommends how to enhance campaign performance/account structure. Is a resource across the team for best practices and performance insights.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Independently owns and proactively builds upon regular and ad hoc client-facing reporting in Deep Search, Google Ads, Microsoft. Expertly recognize and communicate performance trends and to connect the dots between performance trends and campaign management. Leads diagnosing account issues and steps needed to improve performance, as well as serves as a resource others can turn to. Able to dig into niche performance questions, pulling together data from multiple sources and telling a coherent performance story for the client.
  • Strategy & Innovation: Leads strategic planning for entire account(s) and has full command of account's marketing program and how the Paid Search strategy fits into it. Proactively coordinates with team on testing roadmaps and plans. Owns the why behind account and campaign setup. Proactively explores and investigates additional strategies that will help enhance the client's performance. Leads testing planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Communication & Storytelling: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all paid search-related inquiries and updates. Invested in industry trends and creates recommendations around those trends for the client. Leads client calls and owns the day-to-day relationship with professionalism and enthusiasm. Ensure consistent and thorough follow-ups from client requests and post-client meetings. Ensures client emails are answered in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in a fast-paced agency, media, or marketing environment, hands-on experience building and managing paid search campaigns.
  • Google Ads & Bing Ads proficiency
  • Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Microsoft Word/Google Docs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with SEM reporting and third-party analytics tools (E.g. GA4, Adobe, etc.)
  • Google AdWords proficiency
  • Experience managing data feeds and shopping campaigns.

Compensation
The annual gross base salary range is $80,000- $95,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
