Falcon Heating Air Conditioning, Inc is a privately owned, established HVAC and plumbing company of 37 years with rapid expansion, unlimited earning potential, and advanced career path opportunities. We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technician who is driven, self motivated, and professional in Charlottesvile, VA. We offer a sign on bonus UP TO $3,500. Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 yrs. + experience as a Residential Service Technician (not helper)
  • Proficient with residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair
  • Thorough understanding of the maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
  • Understand electrical, mechanical and control systems
  • Must be able to read and understand low voltage schematics
  • Professional appearance
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Dependable and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • CFC Card
  • History of continuing education in the HVAC industry


Job Functions/Tasks:
