• Provide regular weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure and those enrolled in Master’s programs, facilitating their professional development.
• Deliver therapeutic services through individual, couple, and family sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe environment for change.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the diverse needs of our clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with professional standards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Keep abreast of current psychological research, best practices, and advancements in therapy to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to apply evidence-based practices to help clients address a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will contribute significantly to their journey towards recovery and transformation.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) is required to practice as a licensed mental health therapist.
• Current professional liability insurance to provide therapeutic services.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and client interaction.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring students or new therapists is highly desirable.
