Role Overview

As a Tax Supervisor, you’ll combine technical expertise, leadership potential, and client service excellence while working with firms that emphasize both professional advancement and personal well-being. In this role, you’ll oversee tax engagements, guide junior staff, and contribute to exceptional client service in a progressive, flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review tax compliance and planning projects for individuals and businesses.

  • Collaborate with firm leaders on client service initiatives and tax advisory strategies.

  • Supervise and mentor staff accountants, offering feedback, coaching, and professional development.

  • Ensure adherence to professional standards and stay current with changing tax regulations.

Requirements
  • CPA license required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax.

  • Solid technical tax knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
