• Provide dedicated weekly supervision for practicum students working towards their clinical licensure, fostering their professional development through in-depth discussions and feedback.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services through telehealth modalities for individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions.
• Collaborate regularly with fellow mental health professionals and community resources to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring seamless communication within the care team.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research, therapy best practices, and innovative treatment methodologies to enhance client outcomes.

The Therapist Supervisor will primarily engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, presenting a wide array of psychological challenges. Our approach is client-centered and culturally sensitive, emphasizing individual empowerment, resilience, and building supportive therapeutic alliances that facilitate healing and transformation.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field.
• A valid State licensure such as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Professional liability insurance demonstrating commitment to ethical practice.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, ideally with supervisory experience.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in clinical supervision or training of practicum students are preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and methodologies will enhance the value brought to our team.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
