Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions with practicum students to guide their development and help them pursue clinical licensure.
• Provide psychotherapy services using telehealth modalities to individuals, couples, and families in need of support.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, assessing their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to foster holistic care pathways.
• Stay updated with current research and therapeutic methodologies to provide evidence-based practices in your sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brillant Hope Recovery Center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. Your practice will serve individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your compassionate approach will help clients navigate their emotional landscapes and aid their journey toward recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).
• Professional liability insurance to protect your practice.
• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in supervising or mentoring practicum students will stand out. Moreover, familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will be beneficial in enhancing service delivery and documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Brillant Hope Recovery Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year.
