• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students seeking clinical licensure or currently enrolled in Master’s programs, ensuring they receive the guidance necessary for their professional growth.
• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation complying with organizational, state, and federal regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in psychotherapy and mental health care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who seek support for a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, trauma, and more. By providing a safe and supportive environment, you will help clients achieve their therapeutic goals and foster lasting positive change in their lives.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• At least two years of related mental health counseling experience.

• Experience providing supervision or mentorship to graduate students in mental health fields.
• Previous work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team or community health setting.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation systems.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked.
