This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people find meaningful work. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across industries. Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent. Coordinate staffing assignments and ensure timely placement of employees. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs. Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, placements, and client communications. Provide ongoing support to employees, including onboarding and assignment follow-ups.
