Job Overview

This position serves as the primary recruiting partner and key support to the Human Resources department, with a strong focus on attracting top talent while assisting with HR administration and office purchasing. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions

  • Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates

  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding

  • Prepare offer letters and maintain recruiting and HR records

  • Support HR functions including employee files, benefits, and ADP data entry

  • Assist with HR projects and daily department operations

  • Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting or Human Resources experience

  • Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
