In this role, you will source, screen, and pipeline candidates across various requisitions, supporting our account managers in fulfilling client needs with precision and professionalism. Your daily activities will include engaging outreach via phone, utilizing online job boards, and leveraging your research skills to build strong candidate pipelines. If you're motivated, organized, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, this is the perfect fit for you!
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience, with at least 6 months of experience in a high-energy sales or recruiting environment
• Proven ability to source, screen, and engage candidates effectively
• Excellent follow-up, organizational, and communication skills-both orally and in writing
• Strong internet research skills, including proficiency with Boolean searches and job boards
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
• Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding performance standards
Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience working in a staffing agency or handling multiple requisitions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and online recruitment tools
• Experience in resume formatting and technical screening
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Prior recruiting experience, ideally across multiple requisitions
