As a Recruiter based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including temporary, contract, and permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and college campuses to build a strong employer brand and engage with potential candidates proactively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of staffing services and temporary staffing processes.
  • Experience in technical recruiting and contract recruitment.
