We are seeking an experienced agency recruiter to join our growing team in Houston. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on identifying, engaging, and placing top sales professionals across multiple industries, including SaaS, cybersecurity, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and building materials.

This position is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing talent pipelines, and managing searches from initial outreach through placement. You will work directly with leadership in a performance-driven environment where your success directly impacts your earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Source, recruit, and place executive and professional-level sales talent
  • Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple industries
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and placement
  • Develop relationships with passive candidates and cultivate long-term talent networks
  • Partner directly with leadership to understand client hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidates
