We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources and Employee Engagement Coordinator to help strengthen our HR functions and promote a positive work environment across all facilities.

Position Summary:

The HR and Employee Engagement Coordinator will support human resources operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Texas. This role will focus on employee engagement, retention strategies, onboarding, and support for HR compliance and company culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will have healthcare HR experience and a passion for employee wellness and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist facility with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across all facilities.

  • Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, particularly those specific to healthcare and long-term care.

  • Coordinate training programs related to performance management, workplace conduct, and leadership development.

Employee Engagement:

  • Design and implement company-wide employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.

  • Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.

  • Partner with facility administrators and HR teams to promote employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Plan and support wellness initiatives and events that foster a positive work environment.

Communications & Culture:

  • Support internal communications across all departments to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Promote core company values and culture through initiatives and branding campaigns.

  • Assist in the onboarding experience by creating a welcoming and informative environment for new hires.

Data & Reporting:

  • Monitor HR metrics related to turnover, satisfaction, engagement, and training compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Education: 3+year experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Multi-site or regional HR experience is strongly preferred.
