Job description

Location: On-site Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | Remote Tuesday

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across our organization. This position requires someone who can speak fluently with candidates about technology — understanding the difference between a backend and DevOps engineer, evaluating a candidate's technical narrative, and knowing which skills actually matter for a given role.

This is a hybrid position: in-office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with remote work on Tuesdays.

What You'll Do

  • Manage recruiting for IT and technical positions (e.g., software engineers, systems administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity analysts, DevOps, data/infrastructure roles)
  • Partner with sales team and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and role scope
  • Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, AI CRM, Dice, GitHub, technical communities, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct technical-competency phone/video screens with confidence and credibility
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, coordinate technical panel interviews, and gather structured feedback
  • Negotiate offers and manage the closing process
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs

Needs:

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting for IT/technical roles (agency or corporate)
  • Strong working knowledge of IT concepts, roles, and terminology — able to assess technical fit, ask informed follow-up questions, and speak credibly with engineers and hiring managers
  • Familiarity with common tech stacks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages, and IT infrastructure concepts
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche technical platforms
