Job description

We are adding to our HR Team because of growth. We would like someone with 3-6 yrs of experience as a Recruiter within the staffing industry. Majority of the responsibilities including identifying candidates for openings with our clients in the area of IT, Professional, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR and customer services. In addition, we would like the candidate to have strong communication skills and follow up skills both in person and electronic communication. Will be responsible for negotiating pay rates and candidates through the hiring process. Will also handle, candidate profiles in our HRIS database, We offer competitive salary along with monthly commission, 100% paid health insurance, 401k, business causal environment

This role is full time and is working onsite in our office in Houston

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or HR
  • 3+ years' of experience working as a Recruiter in staffing company
