Wulf Talent is growing โ and we're looking for driven, self-directed recruiters who want to build something on their own terms. This is a fully remote, commission-only position structured as a 1099 independent contractor engagement. You set your schedule, you own your desk, and you earn in direct proportion to what you close.
We're not looking for someone who needs hand-holding. We're looking for a recruiter who knows how to source, build relationships, and get candidates across the finish line โ someone who sees unlimited earning potential as a feature, not a risk.
Our team operates across Animal Health, Human Healthcare, Food Production, Construction, Logistics, Executive Search, People & Ops, and Manufacturing. You don't need experience in all of them โ but you do need the hustle to learn your vertical and the discipline to run an independent desk.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
โ Own a full-cycle recruiting desk โ source, screen, submit, and close
โ Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing and networking
โ Partner with Wulf Talent leadership to align on active job orders and strategy
โ Represent Wulf Talent's brand with professionalism to every candidate you touch
โ Track your activity, pipeline, and placements accurately
โ Continuously develop your knowledge of your assigned vertical(s)
WHAT YOU BRING
โ 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or internal)
โ Proven track record of making placements โ not just filling pipelines
โ Comfort working independently without a base salary safety net
โ Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals
โ Professional, people-first communication style โ written and verbal
โ Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize without supervision
โ ATS familiarity and organized follow-through on every open role

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary, no guaranteed draw, and no income floor. What there is: a competitive commission rate on every placement you close, paid upon successful candidate start. Our commission structure is straightforward โ no clawbacks, no smoke and mirrors. Details are shared during the onboarding conversation.
