Launch Your Career in Sales, Recruiting & Business Development

Looking for more than just your first job? At Motion Recruitment, a Kelly Company, you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in technology recruiting and sales.

As an Entry-Level Full-Desk Tech Recruiter, you'll learn how to connect top technology professionals with leading companies while building lasting client relationships. You'll develop valuable sales, recruiting, negotiation, and business development skills that will set you up for long-term success.

This position is HYBRID and based in Dallas, TX, near the American Airlines Center(2323 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219). During your first 1–2 months, you'll work in the office 4–5 days per week. After that, the expectation is 3 days per week onsite, with additional flexibility as you become established in the role.

You do NOT need previous recruiting or technology experience to be successful here. We are open to recent graduates, entry-level candidates, and experienced recruiting professionals.

What You'll Do

You'll learn to manage both the recruiting and sales sides of the business. Every day is different, and you'll gain experience in:

  • Building relationships with technology professionals and business leaders.
  • Identifying and recruiting top talent for exciting career opportunities.
  • Developing new client partnerships through business development and networking.
  • Matching candidates with companies where they can thrive.
  • Guiding candidates and clients through the interview and hiring process.
  • Attending networking events, including our Tech in Motion community events.
  • Learning from experienced recruiters and sales leaders through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
  • Growing your own book of business with the support of an experienced local team.
  • Developing your sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a performance-driven environment.

Why Start Your Career at Motion?

We invest in early-career professionals and provide the tools, coaching, and support you need to succeed.

You'll join a small, collaborative Dallas team where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and receive hands-on support as you build your career.

What We Offer

  • Starting salary: $50,000 annually
  • Performance-based bonus: $750 placement bonus for each of your first 10 placements. Once you hit that milestone, you promote to Senior Full Desk Recruiter at $55,000 base salary with commission added — and from there, earning potential is uncapped. Most people hit Senior Recruiter within 12 months.
  • Structured onboarding and award-winning training program
  • Access to more than 150 recruiting, sales, and professional development courses
  • Dedicated one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders
  • Clearly defined career advancement opportunities
  • Collaborative, energetic, team-oriented culture
  • Comprehensive benefits including:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Paid parental leave

  • Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships
  • Energetic, competitive, driven, and goal-oriented
