Location: Lafayette, LA (Serving Lafayette to Baton Rouge)
Position Type: Independent Contractor | Commission-Based
Real estate license required 
PMI Integrity Properties is seeking a motivated and organized Residential Leasing Specialist to assist with leasing activities for our property management portfolio.
This position involves both office and field work and requires regular travel throughout the Lafayette and Baton Rouge markets. The Leasing Specialist will work closely with our Property Management team to market vacancies, assist prospective tenants, execute lease agreements and renewals, and help maximize occupancy throughout the portfolio.
In addition to leasing responsibilities, this position provides the opportunity to build a traditional real estate business by working with buyers and sellers, as well as earning additional commissions through business development and investor services.
Responsibilities
  • Market and promote available rental properties.
  • Take listing photos and create property listings.
  • Promote listings through social media and other marketing channels.
  • Assist prospects with scheduling and completing self-showings.
  • Conduct in-person showings when needed.
  • Work closely with Property Managers to reduce vacancy and maximize occupancy.
  • Execute lease agreements and lease renewals.
  • Maintain regular office hours in our Lafayette office.
  • Represent PMI Integrity Properties in a professional manner.
  • Develop new business opportunities for the company.
Qualifications
  • Active Louisiana Real Estate License required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using social media for marketing and promotion.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Property Management team.
  • Reliable transportation required.
Compensation
