Basic Function:

The Administrative Assistant role is to support the Sales Director and Executive Assistant by monitoring all administrative and clerical details and clearing the path to make the most impact on the business. The main goal of this position is to provide our Sales Team with a steady flow of prospects, maintain existing relationships and track administrative/clerical details.

Position’s Intention: The Administrative Assistant supports the manager and team by tracking all the administrative and clerical details and clearing the path to make the most impact on the business both internally and externally.

Success Measurements: Attention to detail, organized, clear-headed during emergencies, strong relationships with others.

Essential Duties:

  • Basic understanding of ETS/TGP services after training is completed.
  • Maintain Sales Director’s calendar.
  • Place outbound calls and send follow-up emails using ETS process, scripts and draft emails.
  • Schedule appointments, calls, meetings, webinars (Project Calls, Project Closing Calls, Follow Up Calls, Reconnect Calls, website submission, new leads, etc.)
  • Maintain and track Sales Directors' projects, tasks and reminders, as requested.
  • Research, create, update, and maintain Zoho, ABLE and other CRM programs.
  • Research clients/firms via Google, company website, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Research and pursue potential clients for ETS/TGP services for business development (new prospects)
  • Maintain and track Sales Director’s activity with national associations for business development opportunities.
  • Monitor, track, process and follow up on all projects (CS, R&D, 179D/45L etc.) out for bid and pending.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve basic service issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Certification:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; orThree (3) to Five (5) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
