Job Summary (Preferred Spanish Speaking)

an administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and managing daily office operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and compliant workplace. This role supports recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance management, and office administration while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Support employee performance evaluations, training, and professional development programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and management updates.

Compliance & Administration

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Assist with audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Manage company insurance renewals and administrative documentation.
  • Support management with strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and office administration.
