Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Industrial Communications, conveniently located just off State Road 441 and County Line Road in Miami FL, is an established and diverse wireless communications company providing 2-way Radio Communications services, Security Camera and Access Control solutions and In-building Public Safety booster systems to businesses, condominiums, public safety and government agencies throughout South Florida and New England.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide administrative support to the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with client billing
  • Supporting Sales and Service administrative functions
  • Telephone and receptionist duties
  • Cash receipts administration
  • Accounts Payable/Account Receivable
  • Process Purchase Orders/Sales Orders
  • Cross-training in related areas as needed, based upon business needs
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Track Inventory

Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skill Sets, Experience, etc.)

  • Must be Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suites
  • Experience with SAP or similar business enterprise operating systems
