As a partner to many of the world's best riders, and due to increasing demands and activities, we are looking for an administrative assistant in Wellington, FL .
What you'll be doing is...After being trained and directly reporting to your Manager, you will be in charge of (and not limited to):
  • Communicate with sales representative via phone/ipad and electronically to answer questions and monitor stock
  • Organizing and managing stock inventory
  • Investigating and tracking missing items from inventory
  • Processing saddle shipments
  • Creating Shipping labels and coordinating shipments

Requirements
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift, from 9am to 6pm - with 1hr lunch break from 1-2pm
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Wellington, FL 33414: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
