We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring efficient office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
