What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage attorney and office calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
  • Draft and handle legal correspondence, emails, and office communications
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain organized client files and support a fast-paced, high-contact office

What We're Looking For...

  • At least 1 year of receptionist or administrative assistant experience (law office preferred)
